Jose holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from NMIMS and at Xanadu, he is responsible for Customer Relationship Management & Post Sales operations – PAN India.
In his experience with conflict resolution, Jose reduced bad debt from 1,120 million to just 160 million within 5 months with his astute team. He also played a pivotal role in formulating the Service Recovery Policy (an industry first) and institutionalized the Six Sigma program in association with Motorola University.
His experience in Real Estate spans over a decade, while being at the helm of Customer Relationship Management he managed customer lifecycles for over 35,000 customers. In total, Jose possesses 24 years of work experience and has managed roles that transcend Operations, Customer Service, Corporate Sales and Business Analytics across Real Estate, BFSI & Telecom sectors like Godrej Properties, Lodha Group, TATA Tele-Services Ltd, HSBC, to name a few.
