Aditya has a post-graduate diploma in management from the coveted IIM Bangalore and an Computer Engineering degree from VJTI, Mumbai. Post his MBA, Aditya was induced as a Sales leader and led high impact launches at Lodha Group directing multiple functions like Loyalty & Referral, NRI sales, Institutional Channel Partners & Retail Channel Partners.

He commands an experience of over 12 years in the domains of business development, strategy, sales and innovation. He is the first real estate professional to win the coveted Economic Times Young Leaders Award in 2016. Apart from his passion for real estate and vision to transform it, he is fond of travelling and has travelled to more than 85 countries till date. He is widely regarded across the industry as Xanadu’s adept young real estate strategy guru, guiding manifold clients to successful realty solutions and projects. In his current capacity in the organisation, he is accountable for leading business development and strategy efforts and handling client relationships and taking the firm to the next orbit of growth.
